Higher Education Award Ceremony

The Isle of Man College hosted the Department of Education and Children’s Higher Education Award Ceremony on Friday 17th February 2012. 

This year the College celebrated the success of over 80 local people who have studied higher education programmes here in the Island, either through the Open University, or at the College itself.  Present at the ceremony were Mr Zac Hall MHK, member for the Department of Education and Children; Mr Stuart Dobson, Chief Executive Officer and Professor Ronald Barr, Principal of the Isle of Man College.

Sponsors were the Isle of Man Bank, whose representative Bill Shimmin, Managing Director of the Bank, presented the ‘Isle of Man Bank prize for outstanding achievement in higher education’ to Anthony Cain, who obtained a first class honours degree in History and Heritage Management from the University of Chester.

HNC in the Built Environment

HLTA(Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
Level 4 Business Administration
