Introduction to Bach Flower Remedies - Discover who Dr Bach was and how he created his effective, simple self-help system of healing and emotional support used worldwide today. Learn how to use the remedies so that they can work for you to maintain your positive well-being. All materials provided.
Time Out: Managing Stress - learn about the stress response and discover ways to ease tension, address negative and anxious thoughts and enhance your lifestyle using various relaxation, meditation and cognitive approaches.
Colour Perfect - an introduction to help you choose your perfect colours every time.
